Vangarde Girls: Karaoke Night @ Radio Star

Vangarde Girls go Karaoke... The venue we originally made reservations for bumped us since we were late and did not call to give them a heads up. However the night was not ruined, as they say what is meant to be will be...after walking half a block we came across Radio Star Karaoke Bar, 3 west 35th Street (btwn 5 and 6th Ave).

We loved the decor it was so vintage felt like we traveled back in time. The rooms spacious, clean and neat. Radio Star offers lot of great drink and food specials for groups of 6 or more. There are also happy hour drink special available Monday 3pm-close and Tues through Friday 3pm-9pm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, Im not saying this just to be nice either. We were karaoke illeterates that night, we needed assistance on several occasions and the staff remained cool. It felt like we were in a freezer at first but once we started singing, eating and drinking we began to wonder if the air was even on. For more info you can visit the Radio Star website.
