Back in October I had posted about Nars opening their Flagship boutique in the West Village, New York. Well, it looks like the date has been pushed up and the doors will open on February 10, 2011. Happy Shopping I know I will.

The Gap has finally landed in China

Gap has made its move to the other side of the world and landed right on Mid Huaihai Road in Hong King Plaza, Shanghai, China. This Gap looks absolutely amazing. This is the very first of four Gap store that has open its doors in China on Wednesday night.  The Gap stores will consist of women, men, and children apparel. Gap has also introduced a new denim line, 1969,which is a China limited edition line. Gap has also open it first ecommerce store in China, www.gap.cn. 
Another store will open in Shanghai and two more will open this Saturday in Beijing.  The next flagship store to built in Shanghai, China will be in Venture Tech building on Nanjing W. Road and will be making its debut in a few weeks. If you live in Beijing don't worry you will also get to be part of the festivities visit The Gap so if you are by the APM Building on Wanfujing Street, and or in Chaobei Joy City, go in and happy shopping.

Bookmarc on the West Coast

It looks like Marc Jacobs is making his mark on the book scene. Book Marc has finally made its way to the West Coast and it landed right on Melrose Place. If you are wondering where its exactly the same address as the former Marc by Marc Jacobs Accessories store stood. Just like its store in NYC expect to see art books, photography books,  CDs, vinyl records, and a line of book accessories such as self entitled sharpies, pencils,  notebooks, and journals. Anthropologie Accessory Store

Anthropologie is planning to open an accessory only store.  The store will open on Oct. 29 in Chevy Chase, Md. The store will consist of shoes, belts, handbags, custom and fine jewelry, estate and antique jewelry as well. The best part about the store will be handcrafted one of a kind pieces and reworked vintage styles. I am so excited and can't wait for this store to open. And I hope a store near me will pop up real soon. Enjoy. 

Marc Jacobs presents....BOOKMARC!

It's finally open, Marc Jacobs has opened another store located at 400 Bleecker Street. I'm afraid you won't find any apparel or accessories at this location what you will find are books and lots of them. This past Friday BookMarc, the name of the store, made its' grand opening. That brings the total number of Marc Jacobs stores located in the West Village to 6. The store will carry art books, photography books,  CDs, vinyl records, and a line of of book accessories such as self entitled sharpies, pencils,  notebooks, and journals.

No Girls Allowed: J.Crew Opens New Men's Store On Madison

With J. Crew's Collection success within the past two years on Madison Avenue, J.Crew opens up its fourth men's only shop.  The new location is located on Madison and 79th street.  The store offers an edited collection of their staples such as shirtings, denim and outerwear.  The 79th street location is also equipped with a substantial suit shop including tuxedoes and cashmere suits.  The new location also has many exclusive offerings such as vintage Levi's denim, Crockett & Jones shoes, Swaine Adeney Brigg leather goods and more.
