One day off his stint on Rikers Island, Lil Wayne towered over the competition releasing the infectious single '6 foot, 7 foot' featuring young mixtape sensation Corey Gunz (son of Bronx rapper, Peter Gunz). The song was produced by Bangladesh who also produced 'A Milli' the New Orleans rapper's biggest hit to date. Instantaneously, the song hit, with everyone from Lil Kim to Andy Milonakis freestyling over the beat.
The cash money millionaire brought in legendary director Hype Williams to bring his words to life and, well... The video makes about as much sense as Wayne's verses: Not much... Lately, Hype's work has been mediocre to say the least and this video is no different. It is a mish mosh of vignettes and colorful confusion. A really good idea gone terribly wrong. To put it simply, BAD.
