All About Lea T!

So it seems no one can get enough of Lea T, and the same goes for us here at Vangarde Girls. And if you still don't know who she is, check out our post back in July, Lea T...Who?. Lea T is everywhere from lip locking with Kate Moss on the front covers of LOVE magazine to even landing her own solo cover also on LOVE magazine. She even had her first walk down the runway at the Alexandre Herchcovitch show at Sao Paulo Fashion Week. Can't wait to see her interview on Oprah, yes that's right, she even landed a spot on Oprah's last season. Lea T is doing big things in 2011. Watch out!

Kate Moss Kisses Transgender Model Lea T for LOVE Magazine

Pre-op transgender model Lea T and Kate Moss share a passionate kiss on the cover of LOVE Magazine's Androgyny Issue.  I find it quite interesting how Kate Moss appears to be the more masculine and dominating force of the two. Lea's simplicity in this shot conveys innocence while Kate's make-up, hair and clothing give her that rough edge. Issue hits newsstands on February 7th, 2011. Lea T is no fashion rookie and I'm looking forward to seeing more of her and/or him. Images were captured by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

In my mind this seems very normal after all Lea T was born a man and still has a set of crown jewels.  If LOVE Magazine shot Lea T kissing a male model now that would've been hard core.  Justin Bieber is said to be in this issue also, I wonder if him and Lea share a smooch or two????

Some men are just so unbelievably gorgeous.  Pondering if those are implants or he just took hormone pills.  If all he did was pop some pills I want in, so over these -A cups of mine.

Lea T. Who?

Givenchy Fall campaign will definitely have you talking and it won't exactly be about the clothes but about one of the models. Designer Riccardo Tisci decided to cast his personal assistant Lea T., who also happens to be his muse to be one of the models featured in the ad. 

You are probably wondering who is Lea T. and why are people buzzing about her. Well Lea T. is transgender. She will be featured in the upcoming French Vogue magazine where she will be posing nude with only her hand covering her genitals.

I guess the fashion world is becoming more open to having models looking and being more than just a skinny girl in size zero. I'm starting to believe that transgender's are beginning to steal the show.
