SHOW A LITTLE THIGH...I almost spit out my juice when I stumbled upon these Forever 21 black suede over the knee boots with buckle detailing retailing at $37.50.  Talk about getting the look for less. I can picture myself wearing the everyday during the approaching fall season.  These boots will look great with shorts and skirts.  As it gets colder wear with wool tights.
